互联网新经济背景下网约工职业健康风险分析及对策研究

Analysis of occupational health risks for online contract workers in the context of the new Internet economy and countermeasures

  • 摘要: 互联网经济新形态下的就业呈现出“去雇主化、平台化”的特点，导致网约工群体受到新的职业健康风险的危害。通过综合国内外相关研究，从劳动条件、劳动组织及劳动保障三方面分析新就业形态下网约工群体的职业健康风险点，总结平台用工权益保障的国内实践及国外立法动向，进而提出相应的对策建议。为更好地预防及降低网约工职业健康风险，需要政府、平台企业及网约工三方发力，从明确网约工身份认定、完善社会保险制度、加强平台算法规制与监管、发挥工会组织作用、企业承担雇主责任、网约工提高自我安全及健康意识等方面出发，共同保障网约工的职业安全与健康。
