二巯丙磺钠与大剂量激素联合治疗急性汞中毒致间质性肺炎2例临床分析

Combination of sodium dimercaptosulfonate and high-dose hormone in treatment of interstitial pneumonia caused by acute mercury poisoning: clinical data of 2 cases

  • 摘要: 总结职业接触高浓度汞蒸气后急性中毒导致间质性肺炎的诊断与治疗经验。2例患者接触汞蒸气后出现胸闷、气促、咳嗽等呼吸道症状，血汞分别为135 μg/L、260.7 μg/L，尿汞分别为3 178.6 μg/g Cr、2 999.4 μg/g Cr，双肺弥漫性病变、严重低氧血症。临床给予二巯丙磺钠驱汞、大剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠抗炎、无创正压通气、抗感染等治疗后，2例患者血汞、尿汞明显下降，双肺炎症吸收好转。对急性汞中毒导致间质性肺炎患者，除了尽早应用特效解毒剂外，早期、短程给予大剂量糖皮质激素联合治疗，可提高救治成功率。
