锂电池制造核心环节关键化学物毒理学特征与职业健康风险研究进展

Progress in research on toxicological characteristics and occupational health risks of critical chemicals in core links of lithium-ion battery manufacturing

  • 摘要: 中国作为锂电池生产大国,从业人员数量不断增长,从业者也面临着潜在的职业健康风险。本综述依据高危害性、高暴露风险和高不确定性原则,筛选出电极材料制造与电解液配制环节中需优先关注的化学性有害因素,归纳总结了锂电池生产过程中重点化学物的毒理学资料,旨在识别和评估其职业健康风险,重点介绍了电极材料N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、电解质锂盐六氟磷酸锂以及添加剂1,3-丙烷磺内酯等的关键毒理学特征,以期为制定针对性的职业暴露限值和有效的工程防护措施提供科学依据,保障锂电池行业从业人员健康。
