含液体类文具笔的海运易燃危险性研究及安全监管对策

Flammability risk assessment and safety supervision countermeasures for maritime transportation of liquid-containing stationery pens

  • 摘要: 随着科技的进步,含液体类文具笔越来越多样化,其运输危险性也受到了广泛关注。通过闪点的测定试验和持续燃烧试验,研究了含液体类文具笔的3类易燃液体危险性和4.1类易燃固体危险性。结果表明,在实际海运中,当笔内液体为游离态时,可能具有3类危险性;当笔内液体吸附在固态物质上时,可将具有4.1类危险性货物豁免为非4.1类货物。建议生产企业在不影响产品性能的情况下,降低易燃组分的使用量、采用液体吸附在固态物质的结构形式,从而降低运输成本。
