Abstract:
Objective Discussion on nursing measures of cervical carcinoma patients combined with diabetes during perioperative period.
Methods Totally 80 patients suffering with both cervical cancer and diabetes during July 2012 to July 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received usual care for cancer and diabetes, and the patients in the observed group received personalized care. After one month, the quality of life,the occurrence of complications and the nursing service satisfaction of patients were surveyed and evaluated.
Results The patients in the observed group had lower ADL index scores(
P<0.01), higher Satisfaction rate(95%) compared with that (82.5%) of the controlled group(
P<0.05). The patients in the observed group had lower occurrence of complications compared with the patients in the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion These results show that personalized care can improve the therapeutic effect. We should emphasize personalized care in the future.
