荒酸二甲酯致变应性接触性皮炎的临床救治分析

Clinical treatment and nursing experience of allergic contact dermatitis caused by dimethyldithioester

  • 摘要: 通过对8例荒酸二甲酯致变应性接触性皮炎患者的临床观察，分析荒酸二甲酯致变应性接触性皮炎的发病特点，总结其行之有效的治疗、护理方法。8例不同程度接触荒酸二甲酯的患者，在接触后10 d左右出现变应性接触性皮炎，有水疱型和红斑型两种皮损表现。在实施了清除沾染毒物、保护受损皮肤、静脉输注糖皮质激素、对症支持治疗以及全面的护理措施后均痊愈，皮损区愈后未出现瘢痕。荒酸二甲酯致变应性接触性皮炎具有多形红斑、大疱形成、表皮松解、剥脱等典型的临床特点，患者皮损广泛，但经积极临床救护，预后良好。
