  • 摘要: 在我国新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生后，防疫一线的医务人员承受极高的职业暴露风险。通过分析医务人员在疫情防控工作中的职业健康危害，探讨将医务人员在疫情应对中因职业暴露而感染的传染病纳入职业病目录的理论依据和法律基础，为今后职业病目录的修订提出理论和法律依据，以促进医务人员在应对疫情防控工作中职业健康保障的规范化、法制化。
