基于层次分析法构建新时代幸福医院内涵建设指标体系的研究

Study on system of connotation index in construction of happy hospital in the new era based on analytic hierarchy process

      目的  构建新时代幸福医院内涵建设指标体系,为我国公立医院的良好发展提供可行性路径。
      方法  基于文献研究法、德尔菲法起草新时代幸福医院内涵建设指标,运用层次分析法计算指标权重。
      结果  征询了16名专家,两轮调查表回收率均为100%。专家平均权威系数为0.884。构建的新时代幸福医院内涵建设指标体系包括3个一级指标和20个二级指标。3个一级指标分别为“员工层面”“医院层面”和“社会及政府层面”,指标权重分别为0.357 8、0.327 3、0.314 9。二级指标中“患者满意度”“政府主管部门认可”“人文关怀”以及“薪酬福利体系合理”权重位于前四位,分别为0.112 7、0.076 7、0.072 7、0.070 2。
      结论  本次研究构建的新时代幸福医院内涵建设指标体系科学、适用。幸福医院的核心是关注员工的福利和个人发展,为社会提供优质的公共医疗服。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  The system of connotation index in construction of happy hospital in the new era was studied to provide a feasible path for the good development of public hospitals in China.
      Methods  Based on the literature research method and consulting relevant experts the connotation index in construction of happy hospital in the new era was drafted, the index weight was calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process.
      Results  Sixteen experts were consulted, and the recovery rate of two rounds of questionnaires was 100%. The average authority coefficient of experts was 0.88. The three first level indicators were "staff level", "hospital level" and "social and government level", and the index weights were 0.357 8, 0.327 3 and 0.314 9, respectively. "patient satisfaction", "government approval", "humanistic care" and "reasonable salary and welfare system" were the top four indicators in the secondary level, the weight of which were 0.112 7, 0.076 7, 0.072 7 and 0.070 2, respectively.
      Conclusions  This study constructed a set of scientific and applicable system of connotation index in construction of happy hospital in the new era. The core of happiness hospital is to pay attention to the welfare and personal development of employees and provide high-quality public medical services for the society.
