我国医务人员职业接触铂类抗肿瘤药物的健康危害与防护研究进展

Research progress on health effect of occupational exposure to platinum antineoplastic drugs and protection status among medical staff in China

摘要: 目前，铂类抗肿瘤药物是使用量最大的抗肿瘤药物，医务人员接触较多且频繁，其带来的健康危害问题不容忽视。综述了铂类抗肿瘤药物发展趋势与我国医护人员因职业接触该类药物所带来的健康危害，并在此基础上，建议应提高我国医护人员职业安全意识，为改善医务人员的职业安全提供合理的、科学的防护措施。

Abstract: At present, platinum-based antineoplastic drugs are the most widely used antineoplastic drugs, and medical staff are exposed to these drugs more frequently. This article summarized the updated researches on health effects caused by platinum and current protection status among medical staff in China. The results indicated that such hazards can't be ignored. It is necessary to improve the occupational safety awareness of medical staff and provide them with reasonable and scientific protective measures.
