以尿百草枯浓度及脏器功能为目标导向治疗急性中重型百草枯中毒1例

Treatment of a case of acute moderate to severe paraquat poisoning by goal-oriented urinary paraquat concentration and organ function

  • 摘要: 急性百草枯中毒无特效解毒剂,死亡率高,尤其是中重型中毒患者。回顾1例口服5倍致死剂量的急性中重型百草枯中毒患者的成功救治经过,总结急性百草枯中毒的救治关键,认为除了尽早采取洗胃、导泻等对症治疗减少毒物吸收、防止毒物对各脏器的损伤外,还应尽早进行以减少尿中百草枯浓度及保护脏器功能为目标导向的血液净化治疗,以提高救治成功率。
