意外低体温复温方法研究现状及对极地寒区复温的启示

Current research on rewarming methods for accidental hypothermia and its implications for rewarming in polar regions

  • 摘要: 作业人员在极地寒区等恶劣天气环境中易发生意外低体温。低体温是威胁野外作业人员生命的一种医疗急症,须通过多种复温方法进行紧急救治。根据患者伤情特点、所处环境及各种复温方法的优缺点选用最优复温方法是救治的关键。对意外低体温危害及分期,以及被动复温、主动复温、中医中药复温等复温方法进行综述,为未来新型复温方法的研究与创新提供参考。
