成都市基层疾病预防控制机构人员职业倦怠现状及影响因素分析

Current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of staff in primary-level institutions for disease prevention and control in Chengdu

    目的 了解成都市基层疾病预防控制机构人员职业倦怠现状,探讨基层疾病预防控制机构人员职业倦怠可能的影响因素。
    方法 2023年10月,采用方便抽样的方法,使用自行设计的《人员基本情况表》和《职业倦怠量表》(MBI-GS)对成都市23家区(市)县疾病预防控制机构人员进行线上问卷调查。利用logistic回归模型分析影响基层疾病预防控制机构人员职业倦怠的相关因素。
    结果 本次调查共回收问卷441份,有效问卷437份,有效回收率为99.09%。成都市基层疾病预防控制机构人员检出职业倦怠319人,检出率为73.00%,其中273人存在轻中度职业倦怠(占62.47%),46人存在重度职业倦怠(占10.53%)。职业倦怠平均分为(2.15 ±1.11)分。logistic回归分析显示,职业倦怠与年龄、工作兴趣、健康状况存在相关关系,其中 < 30岁和30~39岁的调查对象发生职业倦怠的风险是分别≥ 50岁者的3.820倍(95% CI:1.827~7.983)和3.613倍(95% CI:1.652~7.899);工作兴趣一般的调查对象发生职业倦怠的风险是工作兴趣较好者的3.968倍(95% CI:2.262~6.961);健康状况较差的调查对象发生职业倦怠的风险是健康状况较好者的4.892倍(95% CI:1.979~12.095)。
    结论 成都市基层疾病预防控制机构人员职业倦怠检出率较高。主管部门应重点关注年龄较小、工作兴趣一般、健康状况较差的人员职业心理状况,采取相应的措施降低职业倦怠的发生,保护基层疾病预防控制机构人员健康。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To assess the prevalence of job burnout among personnel in primary-level institutions for disease prevention and control in Chengdu and to explore potential factors influencing burnout among these staff.
    Methods In October 2023, by a convenience sampling method, the personnel from 23 district and county-level disease prevention and control institutions in Chengdu were surveyed with a self-designed "Basic Information Form" and the revised "Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey" (MBI-GS). Logistic regression analysis was applied to investigate factors associated with job burnout among the personnel.
    Results A total of 441 questionnaires were collected, and 437 were valid, with an effective rate of 99.09%. 319 individuals of primary-level institutions for disease prevention and control in Chengdu had job burnout, with a detection rate of 73.00%, and among them 273 exhibited mild to moderate burnout (62.47%), and 46 exhibited severe burnout (10.53%). The average score of burnout was (2.15 ±1.11). Logistic regression analysis indicated that burnout was significantly associated with age, work interest, and health status. The personnel aged < 30 or 30-39 years had 3.820 times (95%CI: 1.827 to 7.983) and 3.613 times (95%CI: 1.652 to 7.899) the risk of burnout compared to those aged ≥ 50 years, respectively. The personnel with moderate work interest had a 3.968 times (95%CI: 2.262 to 6.961) risk of burnout compared to those with high work interest. Those with poorer health had 4.892 times (95%CI: 1.979 to 12.095) the risk of burnout compared to those in better health.
    Conclusions The prevalence of job burnout among personnel in primary-level institutions for disease prevention and control in Chengdu was high. The authorities should focus on the psychological well-being of younger personnel, or personnel with moderate work interest or in poorer health, implement measures to reduce burnout and protect the health of these frontline personnel.
