摘要: 目的 研究PDCA循环方法在医院火灾应急演练中的实践应用。 方法 将PDCA循环与中日友好医院火灾应急演练相结合,检查演练效果。 结果 每年的应急演练按照计划(P)、执行(D)、检查(C)、处理(A)四个步骤进行。在三年的PDCA循环过程中,医院对每一年存在的问题进行了有针对性的改进,完善了演练的内容与目的,医院消防应急工作取得了较大进步。 结论 PDCA循环在医院火灾应急演练中的应用,能够提高应急队伍的火灾应急处置能力,拓宽应急演练的作用。对消防应急管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。Abstract: Objective To study the practical application of PDCA cycle method in hospital fire drill. Methods Integration of the PDCA cycle principle and the fire drill was implemented in a large-scale hospital to help improve the emergency drill effectiveness. Results The problems or defects found during the fire drill were strictly addressed and the updated plan for next year drill was carefully prepared. With this cycle,the fire emergency work in the hospital was greatly improved. Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle method in hospital fire drill can improve the ability to deal with fire emergency.
