Abstract:
Objective To strengthen the quality management of agencies for occupation health examination in Shanghai,and standardize the occupational health inspection service in all agencies.
Methods The basic information on agencies for occupational health examination were obtained by questionnaire,the special interview and on-site assessment.
Results Totally 64 agencies were investigated. Among them,19 agencies didn't provide service in 2012 and 2 agencies will not provide service. All agencies can meet the requirement of quality control,though, to some extent,all agencies had shortage in the organization structure, personnel allocation,equipment,work places arrangement and quality management system.
Conclusion In order to improve the comprehensive work ability,the agencies for occupational health examination should further optimize the allocation of resources according to the guidance issued by the government.
