汞毒性研究概况及职业性汞中毒诊断标准修订探讨

Overview of study on mercury toxicity and thinking on revision of diagnostic criteria for occupational mercury poisoning

  • 摘要: 汞及其化合物对人体多个器官具有毒性作用。一方面，归纳分析了汞及其化合物毒性作用的最新研究进展，发现抗氧化系统的破坏在汞对人体的毒理效应中起着重要作用，从细胞或分子水平发现了蛋白质或酶活性受损、基因异常调控、神经活性物质循环通路障碍、免疫损伤等汞毒性效应；另一方面，归纳分析了全身应激反应、周围神经损伤、皮肤病变等在职业性汞中毒病例中的特征性表现。最后，对汞中毒的防治和职业性汞中毒诊断标准的修订提出了建议。
