关于偏二甲肼泄漏事故医疗救援的思考

Consideration of medical rescue against unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine leak accidents

  • 摘要: 偏二甲肼是军事上液体推进剂的重要组成成分之一。随着对偏二甲肼健康危害认识的加深,偏二甲肼的毒性和危害研究逐渐引起了全世界的广泛关注。梳理了偏二甲肼的毒理性质和事故危害,分析了救治流程中存在的困难和挑战,探讨了如何建立专业化的偏二甲肼泄漏事故医疗救援队伍,以期优化应急医学处置,加强医务人员对偏二甲肼健康危害的认识,为临床上特殊伤员的急救提供参考。
