Progress in application of PRECEDE-PROCEED model in occupational protection for healthcare workers

  • 摘要:

    医护人员的职业暴露是国内外关注的重点问题,职业防护是医护人员保障自身健康的重要举措。受到医院基础防护建设、防护用具、自我防护意识及职业紧张等因素的影响,当前全球医护人员职业防护的整体情况不容乐观。格林模式因其全面性、系统性、有效性等特点,广泛应用于各领域。对格林模式的起源与发展、特点、国内外医护人员职业暴露的现状,以及格林模式在医护人员职业防护中的应用进行综述,并提出职业暴露防护建议,以期为医护人员的职业防护提供理论依据。
