铅暴露致骨损伤机制的研究进展

Research progress on mechanism of bone injury induced by lead exposure

  • 摘要: 铅是一种在工业生产中广泛应用的重金属,进入机体后,多蓄积在骨骼中,半衰期长达5~20年。铅可改变骨细胞的形态,增加祖细胞成脂分化,抑制其成骨分化,甚至导致骨细胞凋亡。骨骼结构破坏、骨骼发育畸形和骨量减少是铅暴露者的重要病理特征,然而,铅暴露与成骨损伤相关的确切分子机制仍不完全清楚。结合国内外相关文献,对铅对骨组织的损伤作用以及损伤的直接、间接作用机制等方面进行综述,以期为了解和防治铅暴露对骨骼的损伤作用提供新思路。
