Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical experience in treatment of 3 cases with occupational organic fluoride poisoning. Methods The clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, imaging features, major treatment protocols and efficacy of 3 cases with occupational organic fluoride poisoning were comprehensively analyzed. Results Organic fluoride poisoning manifested cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath. The imaging examination showed typical characteristics of pulmonary exudative lesions. The appropriate use of glucocorticoids, full dose at early stage and small dose at middle and late stage, and myocardial nutrition therapy was very important. Three cases were cured without the occurrence of pulmonary fibrosis after treatment. Conclusion In the treatment of acute organic fluoride poisoning, appropriate hormone therapy, protection of important organs, attention to the occurrence of delayed pulmonary edema, should be the focus of treatment.
