  • The therapeutic principle of the poisoning diseases is mainly through two ways involved in change of toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics of specific chemical, except for the supportive symptomatic treatment. This article summarized the common used antidotes in China against acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, toxic methemoglobinemia, anti-clotting agent poisoning, rodenticide poisoning, lead poisoning, and mercury poisoning. The experiences and notes of clinical application of such antidotes were present.
