  • [Objective] The correlation between lymphocyte subsets and liver dysfunction among patients with dermatitis medicamentosa-like of trichloroethylene was evaluated to explore the pathogenesis of this disease. [Methods] A total of 32 patients were studied. Their lymphocyte subsets and liver function at hospitalization time were analyzed. [Results] The variation of lymphocyte subsets among the patients with different types of skin rashes had no significant difference (P>0.05); compared with reference values, the percentage of patients' mature T lymphocyte (CD3+) and CD8+T lymphocyte (CD3+CD8+) both increased significantly; the percentage of CD4+ T lymphocyte (CD3+ CD4+), NK cell(CD3-CD16+56+),and B Lymphocyte subsets(CD19+) and CD4+/CD8+ all decreased significantly (P<0.01). There was a positive linear correlation between GTP and T lymphocyte (CD3+) and negative linear correlation between lymphocytes or CD3+ cells and cholinesterase or albumin. [Conclusion] The patients with dermatitis medicamentosa-like of trichloroethylene had disorder both of cellular and humoral immunity systems; there existed relationship between the liver dysfunction and this cellular immune system disorder.
